honestly who doesn’t ?? but now that i’m looking at shigure nothing feels like a crack ship, more so just him using people to get where he needs to be. because i can see him with akito and hatori. as well as ayame in a very bro manner. then theres kureno if things just played out right or to help tear akito and kureno apart. there’s just – always a reason for shigure and it ruins my sense of fun. :(((
How old was Akito when he first let her know of his love?
does he even tell her he loves her. even in canon. because otherwise its after canon stuff somewhere. shigure isn’t the type to say i love you frequently, he sees it as ruining the words. its like crying wolf to him. it means less when its more frequent. so sometime after the end of the series if he doesn’t say it in series.
but i don’t let him touch me anymore.

eyes shift up from the paper and the tea the dog held in his other hand. he’s not sure exactly what brought this topic up in the first place, but he has to take it seriously, this wasn’t just a silly topic he could pass by. so the paper gets laid down, the mug gently placed on the table top as he looks over to her.

there’s a moment where shigure pauses, eyes flicking over to the god as the two of them spend time together that day. it was no special day, the two just getting along at that point in time rather than their usual fighting without a buffer between them. he has to stop and lean closer to her, eyes narrow as he speaks.

his words aren’t hissed as he says this, simple calm, curious. shigure was happy on the outside only because he wouldn’t hurt anyone this way. his plans were all still pieced properly together after the fact that some things did go wrong. so hearing this was just a bit … odd from his view.

one hand splays out in the air, a soft hum on his lips as he rolls his eyes and can only agree with the youngers statement. but he had to correct some obvious points in there for them, a matter of fact tone on his lips. ‘ if i may add to that – every country is as such. money and pride bring one power they believe, or at least how these ones work. ‘
Was Shigure ever in denial about being in love with Akito?
at the very very beginning when he settled out of the initial shock of feeling in love ?? yes, he did. love was foreign to him when he was younger, he didn’t understand why he had to feel it so suddenly. people told him countless times it was the bond, the bond, the bond, but he still didn’t want to accept that. his logical part of him even as a child couldn’t just blame the bond for something like that. mind you, when akito was born it made sense to him and he let himself fall for her all over again, deeper than before.

‘ very clearly i have learnt that this applies to you, akito. ‘ letting fingers brush across the fabric of her kimono, shigure lets the piece shift under his fingers to reveal the skin beneath. it isn’t high up so it only reveals her lower thigh, but he still smiles as finger tips brush across skin before withdrawing from her. ‘ but sometimes work requires it of me. ‘
Did Shigure ever hesitate to tell Akito he loved her or was he always so forward with his feelings?
there has never been any hesitation in what he has said to akito. there possibly have been lies mingled in because honestly the man lives for this sort of stuff, but he never hesitated to tell her he loved her. he’d say it in public if it assisted him in his ways but alas, doing that generally was a bad move on his plans so it was kept to their more intimate moments.
