shigure has ALWAYS been one for his books. when he started reading it took him to a place where he could sit and pretend the rest of the world didn’t exist. it became a base part of him which is why he writes them now too. while he was growing up it did help with his intelligence and grades, but once he was an adult it started to make him seem less social. he started to write them instead of reading them all the time which gave him more time to socialize ( against his editors preference ).

good things from this all : hes smarter. was more able to manage himself and his apathetic nature when young.

bad things from this all : he was much more antisocial as a child. seemed less approachable by others.

the abrupt shift from free standing to being pinned against the wall takes the breath out of the dog for a second, eyes widen before he calms, the womans insistent pleading for him to stay, stay, stay, STAY. she sounds desperate ( but doesn’t she always ——- ), fingers curled into the fabric of his over jacket, all of her body weight into keeping him there. it takes shigure a moment again before he gently shushes her, hands moving up to run fingers into her hair and tilt her head back enough – leaning in he presses his own lips to hers with a smile.

there’s a brief huff from the male, straightening out the suit with a small chuckle. he wasn’t trying to charge in full force into the family business, he wasn’t fond of work even now. but this was, as said, just a DINNER which meant it wasn’t anything too bad for him to tag along with, right ??        ‘    i plan to buy my own suits. i know i’m getting fat because instant ramen is not a good substitute to other foods. better ones.    ‘        taking the new steps over to her, shigure leans over and presses a kiss to his fiance’s forehead.        ‘    if they want you there that badly they can wait a few minutes. we aren’t running late yet.    ‘

‘    yuki is old enough to handle himself. BESIDES, tohru and kyo are there as well. he’ll survive.    ‘        its often that the dog finds himself rolling his eyes at the other, arms folded over his chest as he shrugs. the movement is only too typical, standing straight and walking towards the door.         ‘    i just prefer to let you know. it isn’t ENTIRELY worthless though, after all, you’re still GOD. and as a god, you need to know where your subjects are.    ‘        his tone now is teasing, a smirk at the corner of his lips as he looks over shoulder at her.
